Shipping & Returns

At Authentic Ireland, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order, as these can vary.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland with no customs charges. Delivery is generally within 2 working days, though this can vary. Full costs and delivery times are confirmed at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the United Kingdom and select EU countries. Customs duties may apply on UK orders depending on the item and its value. These charges are not always included in your order total, and if a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund. All costs and delivery times are confirmed at checkout.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If you receive a damaged package or your order has not arrived, please contact us at help@authentic-ireland.ie and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following:

  • Return initiated within 14 days of receiving the order
  • Unused and in resellable condition
  • In original packaging with all tags intact

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Worn, used, or washed items
  • Orders returned outside of the 14 day returns period

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@authentic-ireland.ie. Any communication received after 7 days will not be eligible under our faulty or damaged item process and will fall under customer wear and tear.


RETURN SHIPPING

We provide a return label through our returns portal to make the process as easy as possible. Please note that the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund if you are requesting a refund to your original payment method. If you are exchanging an item, opting for store credit, or returning a faulty product, the return label cost will be covered depending on the nature of the issue.

If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please ensure it is sent with a trackable method as Authentic Ireland is not liable for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Please also note that returns are first received at our third-party logistics centre before being processed by us. This means your tracking may show as delivered before we have had a chance to inspect and process your return. Please allow a little extra time for this step — we appreciate your patience.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
